What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. (Items such as Loungefly mystery boxes, blind boxes, etc. are not eligible for refund or return)

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We’re here to help. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it—whether that means a replacement, refund, or missing item follow-up.

Will sold-out items be restocked, and how can I get notified?

We frequently restock most of our bestsellers. Some of our items such as our shop exclusive Loungefly bags, wallets and items from Vendula London will not be restocked as they are a one time limited release. To stay updated on restocks and new arrivals, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or signing up for restock alerts on the item you're interested in—you’ll be the first to know.
